Torosa

A City on the eastern coast of Iberia, a coastal port city on the shore of the Kanol sea,
This ancient city is said to have been ounded by the Water caste in an age before writing, but was formally created during the Ruvenig Empire by two generals who were brothers, Neus and Plious Scorpio.
the city is the highly fortified capital fo the region, it sits ontop of a large easily defended plateau surrounded by a river.
