high on the victory of the battle of Cannoy, the races of the world rejoyced. however their celebrations were cut short when word reach Tyrion that Gwynne, lord of Annwn had layed siege to the Great Oak of Derw

Gwyne ap nythe successfully leads a force of fallen gods to destroy the great Oak derw.   The gants defending the tree were killed to a man, and Tyrion was unable to lead his army back fast enough to help defend the tree. when the tree fell a magical shock wave was sent out across the world killing all but a tragic few Eldar creature in existance.   Tyrion lived, though much dimished, he destroy the crown of the emperor of Ruven, breaking it into Five shard and banishing Gwynne to the Fey Realm and unable to take physical form.   the shards where then sent out into the world under the protection of the individual races.   the world of man rises from the ashes
