Military
Primarily comprised of veteran soldiers, sailors and marines looking to leverage their expertise, experience and sense of adventure for a potentially very lucrative haul.
The guild is organized much like a navy, with members assigned to ships, ships often assigned to fleets, and the ships and fleets follow orders of the Guild Master and Admiral Reavers as they raid the coastline of the South Sea.
The guild utilizes discipline and organization not typically seen with non-guild raiders. They strike without warning, raid and reave and plunder, and then leave before local defenses can be organized enough to be a threat.

Religion
They tend to follow the tenets of Gudheim, although sometimes more loosely than the church would like. They do not enslave or kill unarmed Northerners, do not raid Northern lands or attack Northern vessels.
They have the broad blessing of the Church of Gudheim. The guild attacks heathens and brings their wealth as well as honor and glory to the Gudheimic world. They also serve as a threat that encourages conversion to Gudheim and spread the notoriety of the strength and successfulness of the Gudheimic world.

Foreign Relations
Hostile relations with all non-Northern nations, including the southern petty kingdoms and the Caria Empire.
Trade & Transport
The Guild is one of the primary sources of heathen thralls for the Northern kingdoms.
It also brings in many goods as well as precious gems and metals, which it uses for trade in the North.
The Guild is never in short supply of ships, which it often captures from non-Gudheimics, while taking the crew as thralls and taking all their possessions.

Infrastructure
They have their own large port and fortification on the edge of the provincial capital of Nyera, part of the kingdom of Khovir. They employ great shipbuilders and have training yards and barracks for their reavers, and host raiding drills in the sea outside of the port. Their vessels are considered civilian by Khovir, and they do not break the kingdom's laws, so they may be protected by the kingdom's South Sea navy if they are ever attacked in the open ocean or at their port.
