Bahamut

Bahamut is the dragon god of enlightened justice and good dragons. His code is followed by Paladins and noble warriors, he is a healer and the bringer of rain. For Bahamut and his followers, honor is the greatest virtue: protecting the innocent and being fair in judgment.

While every order of the deities has Paladins, Bahamut's move across the world as protectors, guards, and adventures. They have been seen all over Aerios and are often met with joy or fear depending on the righteousness of those they encounter. Besides paladins, Bahamut also counts good warriors, knights, dragon riders, and noble clerics among his order.

These he employs in his battle against Tiamat, his sister goddess of evil dragons and the bringer of chaos. Her determination to rule the world of Aerios as a tyrant drives Bahamut to exterminate her and her followers with extreme prejudice. While Bahamut teaches mercy and honor, he has little forgiveness for the worshippers of Tiamat.

The Dragonborn knights of Bahamut march to the cities of the lesser races and present gifts to the people, often in the form of food, tales, or trinkets.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Bahamut is the symbol of justice and honor on Aerios. He teaches mortals how to lead a life of honor to oneself and each other. Bahamut desires to cloak the world in a shield and protect it from the evil of the Opposition.

Bahamut's justice particularly falls upon the followers of Tiamat, the sister dragon god of greed. Her petty teachings of greed and destruction have no place in the world Bahamut wishes to craft, thus she and her followers are hunted without mercy.
