Somewhere deep in the city of Avandar lies a cult to Leftis known as the Blinded Visionaries. These dedicated members worship Leftis in his aspect of the Dreamweaver and seek to find enlightenment through dreams and visions. They espouse removing sight to heighten your other senses, even to the point of near-mystical levels. Some extreme members will even go so far as to blind themselves as an act of true devotion, though the cult does not require its members to do so.
Led by Dreammaster Vaxillious Motespy, a blinded, elderly man who used to be a cleric of Leftis the Deceiver, the cult has grown considerably since he first founded it twenty years ago. There are those who have waking dreams, and those who see in their sleep. Vaxillious dreams his visions, while his second in command, Clara the Seer is a waking dreamer. The Blinded Visionaries are neither good nor evil, they are just a conduit for which Leftis shows his visions.
