The Circle of Justice is a knightly order based out of Avandar, made up of knights, paladins, and warrior-priests, most notably of Vocerix. They travel about the city, make pilgrimage to the mainland, and will occasionally help those that are looking to right some great wrong. They all follow a strict code of conduct as laid out by their charter and it is rarely amended, though it has happened in the past.
Led by Chief Justice Cecil Broadrib, a large, broad-shouldered cleric of Vocerix and lover of civic rules and duty. He frequently looks through their charter for any errors, discrepancies, or opportunities to improve their understanding of the law and of justice in particular. He is unwavering in his devotion and is very confident of his opinions and values.
