Keepers of the Blue Flight

The Keepers of the Blue Flight are a very specialized group of Rangers and animal handlers that procure and secure not only regular owls but the unique and rare Blue Owls of Starhelm. They provide them for the Owl’s Rookery in Essillion and are very well compensated with money and/or knowledge.
The first Keepers of the Blue Flight were university students who were majoring in animal handling and took a liking to the owls. One of the students, Milius, befriended a Blue Owl just outside of Essillion and brought him back to the university. The leaders of the university were greatly impressed with the talking owl and asked Milius to try and find more. As extra credit, he started a group to find these owls. Eventually the organization became more formalized and the school has since taken it over. It has become an honourable and noble profession trying to secure the owls.
