Willis Boondoggle

Previously an old member of the Hoorik Monastery, Willis recently opened the Quill and the Quail under new management and many of the old patrons did not frequent his establishment. He has tried to get the members of the government and the monastery to come by and often has special deals for those citizens. He has a trivia game twice a week and he has broadened the topics to be more inclusive to all. It is starting to pick up in popularity.
