Tel'Raev

An Elven secret society formed from within the Elven High Council with the purpose of preserving Elvish Culture no matter the means in doing so. They specifically were purposed to eliminate the threat of Elvraegaar, murdering these children before they reached their secluded hidden homes.
To further their purpose, they hold onto old Elvish views & practices. They want to reestablish the rule of Crowns like in the days of the Golden Era, though without the influence of Elvraegaar.
