Ohts

Ohts is a small continent in Aerois which can be found in the east between Q'ten Lo and Jorvik. It is best known to be the home of the militant Dragonborn race.

Geography

The land of Ohts is an arid and dry with deserts and tundra. It is notably distinct from the rest of Aerois with its red rock and sand.

Localized Phenomena

The most notable landmark in Ohts is a giant chasm called The Crack which runs about half the length of the island and forces travellers to run around the feature.

Natural Resources

The nation of Ohts relies heavily on trade since their arid terrain does not provide sufficient resources to build and survive. The main export of Ohts is Dragonborn soldiers who are commissioned as highly-trained mercenaries. They are hired throughout Aerois by anyone of lawful disposition with the coin to buy them.

History

The Dragonborn have claimed the continent of Ohts as their own since it is where they first landed their ships - warning Aerois about the dangers of Calus Starbane. Vivex is the capital and the name of the flagship.

Tourism

Dragonborn aren't the only race on Ohts. Anyone who is willing to cooperate under military rule are welcomed. Non-dragonborn mostly include merchants including Tieflings (with their Aasimar guard) and Dwarves.
