Deep Speech

Deep Speech is the language of the Illithid and uses powerful psionic magic to detail a spoken message into a single rune or mark drawn against a solid surface. Deep Speech has no sound appearing in a spoken language of the recipient unless it is otherwise psionically locked to a certain tongue or cipher of understanding.
