Fire Chicken
Fire Chicken was the Phoenix companion of Merric Brownlock one of the Heroes of Borlun. Lava Chicken was named after hatching from a small egg that Merric was given on his birthday but gradually shifted his form, in accordance with phoenix manners, to that of a great bear in harmony with Merric's true nature as a werebear.
Fire Chicken was a loyal companion to Merric Brownlock joining him in the The Fireborn Invasion and the subsequent Ashen Interventions.
