Gelganar the Collector

Gelganar was a Devil of Greed from the land of Vaultaris in the Realm of Darkness. He served Luzaresh as a lieutenant within the Infernal Hierarchy collecting debts from those who had sought to escape their pacts. 
During one such collection Gelganar was imprisoned in the Tomb of Arnauldi and bound by magic to be unable to depart from the summoning portal he was called on. He remained here until a group of adventurers including Profundis Rax and Gabrielle de Maisondeux freed him in exchange for powerful pacts to aid their personal quests.
