Lunaris

The 'afterlife' of Noxia is a sprawling city clouded in darkness. No lights work in Lunaris but for that given off by the ever-present moon. It is said that within the plane everyone is merely their shadow and so it is impossible to find others leaving you alone to explore the eternal city. 
Noxia's worshipers know however that all secrets lie in Lunaris, gateways to other realms and answers to questions they dared not ask, some even claim answers that their is knowledge that the Everwatcher does not know of. In any case Lunaris is a place of ltransit until the shadows within wish to move on to the void beyond.
