Plagueborn

The Plagueborn is the chosen of Fekre, a Vestige of great power that was briefly bound in Barovia. The Plagueborn appears ailed by a disease but can rescind the symptoms to appear heathy if they wish, albeit only for a short time, and spreads Fekre's Plague merely by walking through streets. 
The Plagueborn is able to control those effected by Fekre's Plague with unchallenged authority though these minions are little more than husks able to fulfil only basic commands.
