The Bear Knight of Delmor

Summary

The Bear Knight is a hero in shining armor crafted to resemble a bear. A hero of legend from a forgotten kingdom in Teremia and was champion of many battles. He fought valiantly to save the woman he loved from the wicked Devil King Dostron. The Bear-Kight's quest was ill-fated but their souls were united in death, a bitter-sweet reunion.

Common among Vadians and Teremians this tale was often told at length by storytellers though some would share only brief segments then jump to its ending. The full story evolved and changed greatly over the course of the ages shifting to the political and social realities of the world though the key names and roles remained the same. 
In the Colonial Age it was put to print in Master Osmiths Tales of the Land which was the first time it had been fully written out. The longest tale in the book a second publication was made two decades later that included all known tales of the Bear Knight in a separate text.
