Weresabercat

Weresabercats are among the rarest Lycanthropes existing only in remote communities at the fringes of society. Weresabers, as they are often shortened too, live solitary lives interacting with other mer often only as distant guardians intervening to protect them from harm or returned their wounded bodies to society before departing once more. Weresabers consider their condition to be an honour channelling a similar pride and bloodlust that is displayed in Weretigers but with a strong sense of honour beside it that commands them not to subjugate others but protect them. 
Weresabers keep their long fangs in all of their forms and tend to be more muscular and hairy that others with certain primitive features. They are natural hunters and rarely feel the cold even when it aches others. Their nails are hard as claws in all their forms allowing them to be natural climbers and they possess a stronger sense of smell and hearing than the common Mer.
