Wizards are the most common spell casters of Aesalia and learn to use rituals and techniques to amplify their own innate Arcanum. Anyone can become a wizard but doing so requires dedication and patience with many only becoming masters of a school after several decades if not more. society
Wizards learn Arcan understanding its words and allowing them to develop their subject in new and curious ways. It is this academic knowledge of the tongue that allows them to create new spells and push forth the frontier of magic more easily than their kin.
