Rathmeyer
The Kingdom of Rathmeyer is charged for war. The populace blames crimes and monster attacks on the non-humans. Even though non-humans can’t own land in Rathmeyer, they are still allowed to travel through the territory. This creates the perfect scapegoat for xenophobic communities, as they blame their troubles on the most recent passerby merchant or nomad.
King Avor II wants to create a perfect society, one where each person has their proper place. He has no wish to destroy or persecute the non-humans, on the contrary, he knows he will need them for his perfect society. But for now they serve as a motivator for his people to unite. If he needs to use prejudice to create his perfection, so be it.

History
Founded shortly after the fall of the Fiendlords and Built on the ruins of Taruuls stronghold. Saize began to establish the Rathmeyran Empire. Heavily made of humans, the people of Rathmeyer are highly adaptable but are wary of being exploited, like they were by the fiends. As such, the Kingdom has a dark history of xenophobia and bigotry. The wars it fought with people like Floren only stopped due to the intervention of The Bastion of Aeons.
As such the people Rathmeyer now keep their power through control of food. They are the bread-makers of Drayth, and aren't afraid to use that as a bargaining chip. Who knows what kind of future the country will take now that tensions are rising.
