The Council of Three

The Council of Three have lived for great deal of time. Their Average age being slightly below 700 years, their view of the world and its trials is seen as a series of cycles and lessons. Though they may disagree from time to time, all three still find common ground in protecting their home and letting the younger generations prosper from their insight and wisdom.
Valeen: The eldest of the Elyn (also known as High) Elves of Alveer. Valeen is the newest member of the council. Her predecessor died only a few years prior to the present day. She is more ambitious than the other two, constantly asking for more influence over daily matters and wanting to push the progress of Alveer to the next level. Her enthusiasm comes from a desire to not grow stagnant like other Elvish kingdoms (Tinudor for example). This has seen her at odds with the other members, but still Alveer persists.

Alluin:  Alluin is the most adverse to sudden change than the rest of the Council. Alluin is also the most concerned regarding the other Drayth nations. He fears that war may rear its ugly head soon and wishes to secure the border, without engaging in a full on war if possible. His efforts has made sure that neutrality and security are at the forefront of Alveer policy.
