Black Spire
Blackspire was once the pinnacle of the Pale Elves abuse towards the dwarves. Constructed as a jail for dwarven rebels, Black Spire was seen first as dungeon, then later as a symbol of dwarven might, and now it's a symbol of dwarven failure. Taken by Ilmora during the Winter War, Black Spire has been converted into a military base to watch its border with the Hastlands. Seen as a horrible posting, Black Spire is cold and haunting - a reminder of horrible times thanks to it's ruined surroundings and desolate landscape.
