Cloudbreaker Tower
Constructed shortly after taking the territorty it sits on after the Winter War, Cloudbreaker is part university, part vault, part research center. Built to be a hub for magic, Cloudbreaker is where Ilmora sends its most gifted to unlock the secrets of the universe (and discover better ways of creating magical equipment). A massive tower of white stone with a small village at its base, it keeps mostly to itself. Rarely is a story about Cloudbreaker told, or a piece of its research made public. Even rarer do people enter that are not military or mage.
Cloudbreaker is also known to be a vault for magical items Ilmora is seeking to learn from, with the peak of the tower said to contain rows of magical artifacts.
