Mayor Elmin Farley Lonetopple
Elmin is a pudgy halfling man, with a short greying beard and short greying and thinning hair. He's always dressed modestly and rarely sticks out from a crowd, wearing farmers slacks and a tunic - only the ring of his mayoral status that he wears chained around his neck really sets him apart from those around him.
Elmin has a reputation for being a push over in his latter years - he's spent half his life as mayor and Beartrail has had little to set it apart. As such, he's settled into a hands off, reactionary form of leadership - often doing little to change the status quo. His town pays its taxes, his people don't riot, and therefore he's content with anything else happening under the surface.
Elmin is married to Malsira, his wife of 60 years. They have a single child - Yeneon.
