Emansera

Emansera (Courts Gift in Elvish) is the captial city of Ilmora, and a sprawling metropolis that is one with the land around it. At the base of the city are a pair of mystical sights. Ail'moran (Crystal Tear) lake, a beautiful blue lake enchanted by the powers of the fey to keep it unpolluted and constantly pure, and Indere (the Entry), a huge planar gate connected to the Feywild. Indere connects Emansera to the Feywild, and has led to a huge population in fey creatures. These fey creatures make a good third of the population of Emansera, with Wood Elves making up the majority. 
Emansera is spread out around Ail'moran and to the north. The further north one gets in Emansera, the worse off one is - with those further from the lake often being the poorest individuals. Closer to the lake is a city of trees and towers, spires winding up and interconnecting, surrounding the Olv'merina (Palace of Voices) which serves as Ilmoras government capital where the Undying Council and High Speaker resider. At the edge of the lake is the Indere. 
Emansera is home to the Sundry, a massive international market the sprawls out near the Indere. The Olv'lintana (Palace of Spears), a large military fort and blacksmithy. And the Olv'magicka (Palace of Magic), where Equinox Coven reisde - and where those found to be magically talented are brought in for training and where a majority of Ilmoras magical items are created and exported.
