House Pinepelt
House Pinepelt is a small yet strong house of loggers, hunters, farmers, and rangers. Set up in Norville, Pinepelt has only ever really participated in the Autumn War where they proved themselves to be viscously effective guerrila fighters. Otherwise, Pinepelt has controlled Norville and remained staunch in its defense and only its defense. Even when asked to participate in greater conflict by House Scaleswept they stood on their own beliefs of remaining neutral and held their ground. Scaleswept would move to remove Pinepelt, but when they did they found conclaves of dryads at the defense of the rangers, and a village who had all gotten ready to move into Coldcrest territory were Pinepelt ousted.
Pinepelt and Scaleswept have improved their relationship and have come to an understanding. Scaleswept will help defend Pinepelt territory from other houses in return for Pinepelt defending the borders around Norville from all but Scaleswept troop movements.
