History
Makil is one of the rare natives of Moshabar, with his mother fleeing from the Anta law whilst pregnant with Makil, Makil came into this world smelling the putrid vapors of Moshabar. And looking at Makil, nearly every prejudice one could have about anyone from Moshabar seems to apply. Falling into with various smugglers and criminals from a very young age, and quickly graduating to being a supplier and producer Makil was destined to being born and remaining alive on the wrong side of the law.Recent history
The fellowship of the desert star decided to summon his spirit and offered to restore him back to life in exchange for his services and aid. Having returned to the cult of creation temple where he was brought back to life, to enlist his aid with purifying samples of the disease, the group found him in a fevered and drug-addled state, his forceful personality having all but taken over the temple. They managed to lure him away from Shadowright towards the The exiled towers with the promise of a better (and most importantly private) lab. There he studies the effects of the moshabarian plague.Seekers of truth
Despite being somewhat of a bon vivant with a reputation of trying to avoid work wherever possible, Makil did publish several papers for the Journal of Moshabarian practice. Enough of these to be considered a recruit for the Seekers of Truth. When the plague afflicted him his work ethic went into overdrive, turning him into an extremely prolific researcher. Together with inhuman amounts of mind improving and mind-altering drugs Makil succeeded in remaining saner than the rest and after testing various concoctions on human test subjects he succeeds to drive the curse from his own body by expunging all Mystical humors from his body. This killed him but left his soul free from the plague.
