• Poppy Quickfoot tried to look in the Magic Mirrorfor a boost, but the mirror broke and released a Beholder
• The Order of the Freeheart fled the building knowing that even with their bravery they are not ready to take down such a powerful magical creature
• fetched Xanthis from the carnival knowing they needed a powerful magic weilder
• he was unimpressed and took minutes to subdue the beholder
• turns out it was a Doppleganger and it had been trapped for a thousnad years in the mirror. whenever anyone looked in it saw an idealised version of themselves enacted by him.
• beat the Doppleganger and interigated him. Decided to take him to the guild and hope a general bounty may be on offer.
