The ruling power of Silverbrook and Oakhaven , the members split their time between the two guildhall locations and pass rulings on matters in public forums.

Structure

Only Guildmasters can take a seat at the Guild Council, it is up to each guild as to how they select their representative, but the majority are done democratically.

Military

Small standing army based out of Silverbrook Keep who function as Silverbrook Town Guard
