The marine city-state is a loose thalassocracy, with major decisions made by representatives chosen from involved ships and towns when matters of great import are to be settled or agreed upon. Walz’s economy is driven by shipbuilding, fishing, and its lucrative shipping industry.
Walz gains it power from the Great Crystal of Water, which showers Walz's lands with gentle rains, and its ships ever-favorable currents.
