That results in 3 zones. The day zone with high tropical temperatures, the night zone with arctical freezing temperatures and the zone between with moderate temperatures.

Geography
Trappist 1f is an oceanic world with just 2 bigger islans and a hand full of small vulcanic islands. Nearly the half of the planets surfice is frozen.
Fauna & Flora
The life on Trappist 1f is almost fully living in the sea of the planet. The few islands house only some plants and small animals up to mouse size. But in the oceans there are plenty of life forms and animals up to giant sizes of over 100m.
