Chief Lee Sullivan (a.k.a. Achilles)

Lee Sullivan, an experimental Psi-Borg monster hunter, embodies resilience and determination, marked by cybernetic enhancements that blur the line between man and machine. His imposing stature, cybernetic left leg, and eye symbolize his experimental nature, while a tapestry of tattoos narrates his history as a hunter of otherworldly creatures. Body Features

One of the defining features of Lee is his left leg, which is absent below the knee, replaced by a cybernetic prosthetic of mysterious origin. This artificial limb seamlessly integrates into his body, sleek yet robust, suggesting advanced technology far beyond conventional prosthetics. Additionally, his left eye is also cybernetic, its artificial nature evident in the glint of subtle tech components within the iris.

Personal history

Lee Sullivan was born and raised in the heart of Texas, a place known for its rugged individualism and wide-open spaces. Growing up in a small town, Lee dreamed of escaping the confines of his upbringing and making a name for himself in the world.   Military Service and Tragic Accident: Lee's dreams seemed within reach when he enlisted in the military, eager to see the world beyond the borders of Texas. However, tragedy struck when a motorcycle accident claimed the life of his girlfriend, the General's daughter. Devastated and wracked with guilt, Lee's life spiraled out of control. Discharged from the service and branded a pariah, he found himself adrift in a world that no longer made sense.   Offer of Redemption: It was in his darkest hour that Lee was approached by representatives of MacroTech, a powerful megacorporation with interests spanning the globe. Seeing potential in the broken soldier, MacroTech offered Lee a chance at redemption through their experimental techno-wizard cybernetics program. Desperate for a second chance, Lee agreed to undergo the risky procedure, knowing that it would forever alter his existence.   Service as a Mercenary: Transformed into a cybernetic super soldier, Lee became a lethal weapon in MacroTech's arsenal, deployed to the farthest reaches of the world to handle supernatural threats that plagued their operations. From battling werewolves in the forests of Eastern Europe to confronting cryptids in remote research facilities, Lee faced horrors beyond imagination, each encounter shaping his worldview in profound ways.   Awakening in White Crest: Despite his service to MacroTech, Lee's memories of the past several years remain fragmented and elusive. Waking up on the shores of White Crest, Oregon, with no recollection of how he arrived there, Lee finds himself thrust into a city teeming with corruption and danger. Determined to piece together his fractured past and forge a new path forward, Lee embraces the shadows of White Crest, operating as a bounty hunter and bodyguard in the city's treacherous underworld.   In this version, Lee Sullivan's journey takes him from the heartland of Texas to the neon-lit streets of White Crest, where he grapples with his own past and the sinister forces that seek to control him.

Well, ain't that a twist in the plot? Found myself knee-deep in some cult shenanigans in the back alleys of White Crest. The rain ain't lettin' up, and neither are the shadows in this city.   Started out tracking a missing girl named Eliza. Ended up in a dingy warehouse with more symbols than a cattle brandin'. Cultists, robed up and chanting some arcane nonsense, had her tied up like a pig ready for slaughter. Didn't sit well with me.   The dance between my cybernetic gear and the supernatural was like a two-step with a ghost. Claws and stakes met with some hoodoo energy projector, and I came out on top. Rescued Eliza, and she's more thankful than a cowboy at a waterin' hole.   Reached out to the Adventurer's Guild, and they're sniffin' around for more info on this cult business. The rain ain't washin' away the mysteries of Afterlight, though. Got Eliza's number, and we're talkin' 'bout coffee. Not really sure what coffee means to folk 'round here, gonna find out.   Gonna keep this rune in my pocket like a lucky charm. Feels like this is just the start of somethin' bigger.   Achilles, out.

Am I crazy?
May 9, 2039

I am writing this down, mostly for myself as I really don't have anyone to talk to. Maybe I am just too used to being with my comrades? Alright, admittedly I have had less than an average life, but since my arrival in White Crest things have become even stranger.   Let me start from the beginning. I am hooked up with a gang of girls who work a little private investigations business out of Salty's. As I am currently dependent on him for everything. So I am riding along, sort of as a chaperone/bodyguard or something, and it was a good thing too. First I had to run off a pair of fed goons who wanted to search the I.C.T. No warrant, no probable cause, wouldn't even show me their creds. Told them to bugger off, and moved the truck to an alley. We should probably change the plates, but considering how it looks? Probably wouldn't help much if they BOLOed it.   We were out there investigating some murders with the hot Chinese Policewoman when they showed up. Kinda odd the Feds interfering with a murder case, unless the victim was somehow of interest to them. Hot Cop said they wouldn't share why and they were on seen minutes after we were, so its smell's fishier than Salty's to me. The ladies snagged a laptop from the victim and we took it back to Salty's to crack it. Amateur moment, as they didn't check it for trackers. We found one and had to run it on a counter-surveillance route before we destroyed it. More on that later.   So, that's not even the weird part. The weird part was when we got back. We had visitors, Salty had just let them into Martino's lab. Side note: We really need to have a talk with the old guy about boundaries. The guests made it pretty clear they were hillbilly... werewolves. Yeah, freaking werewolves and as soon as we shooed them off? They got into a firefight with a bunch of vampires.   Yeah, so I spent Monday night. Breaking up a gang war between vampires and werewolves, not bad for an old cowboy.
