The Narrows

The Narrows have the distinction of being the poorest neighborhood in all of White Crest. Only the small population and the fact that they have nothing of value prevents this from being the most dangerous neighborhood in the city. That privelage goes to Cobble Hill instead.

As an additional bit of ill-fortune this is the location of the city's large and very active insane Asylum.
