Ozidia* (Oh-zid-ee-a)

The threads of fate are spun for everyone, and the one who oversees the intricate weave of it all, is Ozidia. As the keeper of fate, Ozidia oversees the order of the cosmos and ensures that all things remain in their proper place. Fate is the ultimate form of divination, and is a fact for as long as it is not known. That is because fate can be fickle, and to know of one's fate means to be able to change it. Just as a thread can be split, so too can fate. Ozidia knows how fragile such things can be, and how easily the cosmic balance could be undone if she is not vigilant in maintaining it. So she keeps fate in check by guarding it from severe tampering, guiding those wishing to change their fate almost only when it means avoiding mass catastrophes. She and her worshippers know not to intervene in common affairs, even if they know what is about to happen. Commoners tend to despise her for even when she knows a village is about to be raided and slaughtered, she does nothing. But on the other end, some revere her, for when she does speak--when she does intervene, her words are absolutely nothing but the truth. After all, when fate is involved, there is little need to lie.
