Witches' cuisine

As she opened the box with her meal, the entire room was filled with a sweet smell.
One could describe it only as "aggressive" - squeezing into nostrils, filling lungs, soaking the clothing.
According to reports, cleaners needed an entire month to finally get rid of it, some of the people present at the time of opening the box completely swore off eating anything sweet in their life as from now on it would only make them sick, while others completely lost the ability to feel sweet taste.
For most of the people, consumption of anything that's imbued with Color over a long time, could be a very dangerous thing, possibly leading to Oversaturation (condition) or even death.
But Witches, thanks to their nature, don't have to fear those things, and as such, many of them try to experiment a little with various ingredients.   What's interesting, adding Colors to the food while preparing it seems to push the taste of the dish to the extreme, at least for the non-Witch beings, as Witches seem to be completely unaffected by. Because of that, the dishes created by Witches are sickeningly sweet, dangerously spicy (at least one report of food burning through the plate and the floor), etc.   Even though eating those dishes is really ill-advised, there were some who were brave or stupid enough to try them. Some even managed somehow to get addicted to them.

Side effects

According to some research, consuming the food that has been treated with Colors, can possibly carry the effects of said Colors - both their positive and negative aspects. So dishes that used Black could strengthen or weaken someone, Red could boost their instincts, warning them from danger or make them more unstable and aggressive.
Because of this, some Witches feed the food cooked by them to their minions and familiars to make them stronger and more dangerous.
Whenever you travel to a new place, watch out whenever you buy pre-prepared meals. You never know who took part in creating your food. For example, in Zetalph, meals seem to have a slight Blue tone.
