Flop Stalls

South and west of Drover's Square is a maze of old stables, most of which are falling over, but many of which have been converted to cheap housing. Many are flop houses, with nothing but straw in old horse stalls for accommodations. The cost to stay in one of these flophouses is only a few copper per night, but security is poor if non-existent.
A number of these stalls have bene taken over by the Forsaken, to whom the owners must pay tribute. Garlthik One-Eye is aware but the operation is not worth his time to put a stop to it.
