Roald Korthus
King of the Korthans Roald Korthus, First of his name (a.k.a. the Warrior King)
Roald Korthus was the fourth of Donnar Korthus's many children and his second-oldest son. Roald ascended to rule over the Korthan Nation when his older brother, King Davyn the Elder died at a relatively young age on the field of battle. King Roald continued his brother's conquests of the plainsmen of the Stormlands, further expanding the kingdom's influence.
Roald was forced to abdicate the throne to his nephew, Davyn the Younger when he was grievously wounded in battle in 1241 bCA and no longer able to perform the duties required of a wartime ruler. He died five years later.
