The plainsmen of the Stormlands chase Cael Korthus and his army to the northwest edges of the Stormwood where the final battle of the First War of Storms is waged. After nearly a week of skirmishes fought through constant snowfall, the northerners signal their surrender. But not before their king is killed in battle.
