After several decades of tension and even some conflict, Lahr-nal brokers a lasting peace between his people and the Salsanas Kingdom of the dwarves. The dwarven kingdom in turn becomes the first exterior entity to recognize the Taszer Kingdom of the Elves.
Lahr-nal dies having named his son to lead the Elvar and his daughter as keeper of the faith.
Facing a threat of increased hostility from clans of giants, ogres, and other large folk from the Ice Lords mountain rangers, the tribes of the Stormfall Plains come together to discuss their options. During weeks of tense discussion and debate, several larger clans stake claims to leadership. Eventually, on the final day of Highsun, the clans agree to an alliance and pledge fealty to the banner of Clan Korthus.
The tribes of the Stormfall wage a series of wars against the large folk of the Ice Lords for dominance over the plains west of the mountains.
Following several weeks of negotiation, the tribes of the Stormfall reach a peace agreement with the young prince of the Storm Giants, Ganalon, ending years of hostility between the plainsmen and the denizens of the Ice Lords. The following day, on the final day of Highsun, Kael Korthus is proclaimed by all the chieftains of the plains as the first king of the Korthan Nation.
The plainsmen of the Stormlands chase Cael Korthus and his army to the northwest edges of the Stormwood where the final battle of the First War of Storms is waged. After nearly a week of skirmishes fought through constant snowfall, the northerners signal their surrender. But not before their king is killed in battle.
The armies of the Korthan Nation overrun the western half of the Stormlands and, after a short siege, conquer the city of Everhold. After this, the remaining plainsmen tribe holdouts throughout the northwestern corner of Taszerania sue for peace with the Korthans.
King Davyn the Great of the Korthan Nation decrees that he is the ruler of all the northern plainsmen and that his domain is now the Kingdom of Eldessar. Davyn is proclaimed King of the Eldess and the city of Everhold is renamed Stormhold and dedicated as capital of the new kingdom.
In the middle day of Deepnight, identical twin sons are born to King Dravan the Second of Eldessar.
Unable to get his twin sons Kregg and Rudrick to agree on who should succeed them, King Dravan the Second of Eldessar names each of them "Regent of the Eldess", giving Kregg dominion over the eastern half of the kingdom and Rudrick the western half. The decision is surprising but not nearly as shocking as the King's decision that his nephew Branner will succeed him. These actions result in a split of the vast kingdom from which it would never recover.
Regent Kregg Eldesreld dies during the turning point conflict of the War of the Eldess, the Battle of the Gates.
On the final day of Highsun, the representatives of the Eldessyr and Eldesreld branches of the royal family of the Eldess meet to sign a peace treaty, bringing an end to more than a decade of internecine conflict. The Eldess War ends with the division of vast kingdom in two independent nations.
The leaders of the allies against the Horde meet in secret somewhere in Starhaven to discuss how they will make the terms of the end of the Horde Wars.
On the final day of the Highsun Gathering, the leaders of the allied nations come together in Tasser Dale to sign the treaty that brings an end to the Horde Wars.
