Naldrossa Grand Duchess Of The Noxious Jungle

Naldrossa and the green dragons are the most secretive among all the dragons. They always keep to themselves and rarely interact with the other major kingdoms. Naldrossa is very conniving and scheming. The best silver-tongue among all the Dragon rulers. She will take any opportunity she can get her hands on to give her and her people any advantage. Despite every other kingdom knowing this Naldrossa runs one of if not the most lucrative trades among all the kingdoms. The largest reason behind this is the natural metal known as Aredite that is only found in the intricate caverns that run underneath the Noxious jungle. Aredrite is incredibly strong but malleable when prepared with the proper minerals. Aredite is used from making weapons, armor, structures, tools, and all sorts of creations within the free cities.
Naldrossa worked her way through the politically hierarchy of the green dragons with the proper amount of grace and deceit. She was born to a family of low ranking soldiers within the army, eventually Naldrossa managed to obtain a position within Talverton Keep. The Castle within the capitol. She started as an assistant to a high inquisitor on the current ruler Talverton's council. She began to organize a deep network of spies within the kingdom. However her spies consisted of those you would never expect. Children. beggars, drunks, whores, and other types that most of nobility would never talk to. Naldrossa quickly found herself bursting with juicy bits of information on all sorts of council members and nobility within the keep. For a while Naldrossa would feed this information to her boss Zulrie the mindful. In exchange for the info Zulrie would teach Naldrossa everything he could about politics and how to the play the game of thrones. Naldrossa spent years under Zulrie's wing before they took an opportunity to usurp one of the current council members in hopes of Naldrossa being the newest seat on the council.
However this would be no easy task as it was Talverton's son Tiberius they were attempting to dispose of. They knew he was up to something but cared little for what it was they simple wanted Naldrossa to have that power. After months of intricate spy networks and detailed surveillance Naldrossa caught the break she was looking for. Tiberius had been in talks with The Vile bog. This is now after the first dragon war and Vraxis is looking to make a comeback with an ally this time. He has reached out to Talverton multiple times for an alliance believing nobody will see the Green dragons coming because that is so out of their character. Of course he is right and Talverton refused multiple times. At this point Naldrossa finds out through her spies that Tiberius has been in talks with Vraxis and with his help wishes to usurp his father and take the throne thrusting the green dragons into a second war. Naldrossa discloses this information to Zulrie and with his help the two devise the perfect conversation to have with Talverton.
Outraged and crushed Talverton immediately calls everyone on the council to court. Everyone outside of the 3(Naldrossa,Zulrie,and Talverton) is confused and bewildered as a trial breaks out and left totally unprepared Tiberius has a hard time hiding much of anything, but the guards in the room have sworn fealty to Tiberius and in a last desperate attempt to dispose of Talverton they attack. This is the moment Naldrossa has been waiting for and in once quick motion turns to her dragon form conjures a massive breathe weapon and disposes of a dozen guards in one attack. Everyone is taken back even Zulrie. They all knew Naldrossa has draconic ancestry but did not realize it to this extent. Talverton not having the conviction to execute his son banishes him instead which Naldrossa can not help herself from advising against. While he is not thrilled about someone openly speaking out against him in light of the recent events he views the situation differently and admires he courage to speak what he knows to be the truth. Talverton calls everyone to court once more for a brief vote where he nominates Naldrossa to be the newest high inquisitor of The Noxious Jungle and Naldrossa happily accepts.
Months after the banishment of his son Talverton's mental began to quickly deteriorate. To those around him his descent into madness did not take long and was not hard to see. Talverton was rapidly turning from a fearsome and proud ruler to a febile old man yelling at clouds. Eventually the Duke's mind snapped and he demanded The Green Dragons declare war against the vile bog for past transgressions. Naturally everyone disagrees shooting down Talverton causing him to lose his sanity even further and the others begin to worry more. Talverton decides that if no one will help him he will do it himself. Forcing all the high inquisitors to team up and kill Talverton. After which a vote is held on the new Duke/Duchess. Everyone expecting a 7 way tie among the council members is shocked to see Naldrossa with 2 votes. Herself and Zulrie. It's about this moment most of them realize what has been happening all these years, but now it is too late. The Votes have been cast and Naldrossa is now the rightful ruler and The Grand Duchess of The Noxious Jungle. While no one knows for certain there are a great many rumours that fly around the city about how it's new ruler came to be. It is no doubt Naldrossa is a more cunning ruler than Talverton ever was and the Noxians loathe to believe in coincidences.

Naldrossa eventually sides with the other Chromatic dragon when she sees the power Vraxis has to offer and feels as though she has no other choice. Naldrossa was the first to realize the battle was lost at The Reckoning and flea with her army.
