Inspired Thundrous Chirrup
Some people jokingly call her the Bat King; the rats have their own king, so it's only fair.
After saving two other bats from marauding rats, whom she would later call Wright and Kilner, Chirrup was officially gifted the Hat of Disguise which once belonged to Leyes Abeckre. She's found the absolute limits of the hat's power, adopting an eccentric, monstrous appearance, and she's never seen without it. Under this disguise, she has no visible eyes or nose, a huge maw which curls almost all the way around her head, a silvery hide, a white crest from head to tail like a row of dandelion tufts, and twisty claws which she redesigns every day. She got the idea from her very first nightmare, an experience she cherishes.
Developments - Act I
While not wearing the Hat of Disguise, Chirrup has an expressive possum-like face with streaks of brown hair like sideburns and gray splotches on her wings. She may be convinced to give the hat to someone who needs it, but she hates the idea of using it for its intended purpose: stealing the appearance of someone else, and committing actions in their name, is a frightening thought.
