Elemental Boundary

The Elemental Boundary is a mystical shell that surrounds the World. As the Web of Fate means that divine beings and most Fiends and celestials are unable to enter the World from either The Abyss or The Firmament, the Boundary prevents pure elemental beings passing into the material world.
