Olbirion

Olbirion is a Tortle holt which travels the Free Moblands and the borders of the Thunderhead Dominion and The Elysian Federation.
A modestly-sized holt - the footprint of the holt is four or five acres, with at least five storeys contained within its expansive shell - it is home to about a thousand resident tortle and as many Lizardfolk, and two or three times as many younger tortle ranging at any given time.
