Fadil, King of Hazar
1st of Sun's Swell, AE 721
His Grace Fadil ibn Asim ibn Haidar ibn Jawad ibn Adil ibn Basir
King Fadil's faith is not one to be questioned, he has made his devotion to the Temple of Continuance known since his youth. There are many who believe he would have greatly prefered to have become a bone priest rather than the sixth king, but he has been a dutiful ruler since his father's passing.
Fadil's rule thus far has been a rather passive one; he has not been one for making broad, sweeping changes, and would rather simply listen to the experts he tries to surround himself with and maintain the status quo set by his father, the late king Asim. Instead, he devotes much of his available free time to meditation and religious practices. His advisors and qadi will most frequently find him in his family's private temple on the palace grounds.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
He is understood to be in good health, and considering he has some of the best necromancy and physical magic readily available to him, this is not particularly surprising.
Social
Reign
Currently in the eight year of his reign, Fadil's rule has been quite uneventful, and there are many who believe this to be a good thing; no change at all is better than changes for the worse. However, there are others who would compare the lack of change to stagnation, a reluctance to take the risks that naturally come with progress.
Family Ties
Fadil has five children with his wife, Nadra, three sons and two daughters, and he has eleven grandchildren.
