Pixie

Pixies are small, typically female Fey that live in pleasing or picturesque in natural simplicity areas of woodlands. They prefer deep wooded, old hardwood forests, but can be found in other secluded natural picturesque environments. They are social creatures, never seen in less than 2, but usually in groups of at least 4, and cooperate with each other to build small communities, often high overhead in trees. These communities range from 30-50 inhabitants with a single 'Queen'
Pixies are potent magical creatures, with high stealth abilities, as well as invisibility, and often imbue their special hand-made weapons with magical ability. Combat against these creatures has not yielded much information. Other than it usually begins from invisibility, and the survivors are often confused, asleep, or without any memories of who they were, or where they are, or how they even arrived. Cleric have been able to restore the lost memories, but that only leads back up to how the fray began. From invisibility.
Pixies are known to lead lone males off into the wilds. These males are typically found safe, unharmed and asleep the next morning nearby. Current thinking is this is done as a sort of intelligence gathering for the Pixie community.
Where Pixie communities exist, especially near a human settlements, other Fey are also about, using the Pixies, and their social curiosity to their advantage.
