Sexuality

Leon is sexually and romantically attracted to both men and women, though he has repressed his attraction to men for most of his life. Until Aikenville began to grow around him, bringing in so many new people with new ideas.

Education

Leon received no formal education, though he was taught by his mother to read and write, and by his father to do basic math. Venturing west as a teen, he learned how to work with horses from a Native man.

Employment

Leon has been breeding a hardy type of horse for over twenty years, after taming his first horses taken from the wild. He chose to cross the mares with docile stallions used for farm work. This led to offspring that were strong, sturdy, and even-tempered yet brave.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Leon has been quite proud of the fact that the Union Army purchased some of his horses during the War Between the States.

Leon's family includes:

• Wife, 40 (who hasn't realized she is ace quite yet, b.1830)

• Son, 19 (left with miners to look for gold, b.1851)

• Son, 16 (who will join the circus later, b.1854)

• Daughter, 14 (who is also queer, b.1856)

• Daughter, 10 (who became blind after an accident that burned her face, b.1860, accident in 1863)

Deceased family members:

• Parents (died before he went off adventuring somehow)

• Daughter (died of illness at 2 years old in 1860, b.1858)

• Son (died within days of birth, 1852)

• Son (died in same accident that blinded his sister in 1863, b.1855)
