The Silver Theocracy

The Silver Theocracy refers to all lands ruled over by the Silver Queen and the Dominion of Light, usually just named the latter. This also includes the @Isles of Tiverdosa and the southern shelf of @The Great Wynbrook Gulf. This land is ruled over by the Silver Queen and her divine, mortal being as well as her unending fealty to the God, CORELLON.

The laws that are in place here are as follows however, only apply to non-elf beings:

Within the sight of the Silver Queen and Corellon who protect the lands of The Domion of Light and its people, any who are presented for judgement before the presiding officials entrusted with the wisdom of the Silver Queen are to have their sentence carried our accordingly. All fines and punishments for crimes against an Eladrin soldier or noble are doubled. All fines and punishments regarding crimes against an Eladrin official or member of the Silver Queen’s council/Holy Warriors are tripled.

Theft: 2–5 days incarceration and a fine equal to the worth stolen.
Ownership of another intelligent humanoid creature: 10–20 months incarceration and a fine of 1,500 gp.
Trespassing: 5 days incarceration and a fine of 120 gp.
Damage to private property: 5–20 days incarceration or a fine of twice the worth of property destroyed.
Kidnapping: 60 days incarceration and/or a fine of 800 gp.
Damage to Eladrin property: 12–50 days incarceration and a fine of twice the worth of property destroyed.
Worship of Non-Elven Pantheon, without authority: 90 days incarceration.
Assault with intent to injure: 12 days incarceration and a fine of 200 gp.
Assault with intent to kill: 200 days incarceration and a fine of 1,200 gp, or execution.
Murder: 10-20 years incarceration and/or a fine of 4,000 gp, or execution.
Treason: execution.
