A male Gnomish casino owner, he is wealthy from other peoples misfortune in the betting industry. He is sly, sleazy and easily frightened due to his small size. He is large in the belly and wears (2nd hand) fine robes and clothes, walks around with a cane that has an orange gem in the top of it, built into a golden locking mechanism. This gem is constantly glowing and has isometric shapes emanating from it.
