The "Elytra Rangers"

A group living in the mountains in the north of Astotha, the "elytra rangers" society lives apart from the rest of the kingdom, with their own leadership and laws. They still answer to the authorities of Astotha, but for the most part are allowed to live their own separte lives since they aren't causing trouble for anyone. They are known for being highly skilled warriors, especially with the bow & arrow, and from time to time Astotha's leaders seek out their help when certain kinds of situations arise.
