Kettle, known by fellow Kenku community by the sound of a whistling teapot, is a small and nimble kenku with dark feathers that shimmer in shades of blue and black. His expressive amber eyes hold a mixture of curiosity and cautiousness, a reflection of the hard life he's endured on the streets of Mienica's Keldris district. Kettle's beak forms a friendly grin that belies the challenges he faces daily.
Despite the often gloomy atmosphere of the Keldris, Kettle stands out as a bright spark of positivity. He's a skilled and agile street courier, darting through alleys and climbing walls with the grace of a seasoned acrobat. His mastery of the monk's arts has not only made him a swift messenger but also an adept combatant when trouble arises.

**Dart.** *Ranged Weapon Attack:* +5 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. *Hit:* 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage.
**Deflect Missiles.** When he is hit by a ranged weapon attack, use a reaction to reduce the damage by 1d10 + 3.
**Ki.** Kazuri has 4 ki points, which he can spend to fuel various monk features. He regains spent ki points when he finishes a short or long rest.
**Flurry of Blows.** Immediately after he takes the Attack action on his turn, Kazuri can spend 1 ki point to make two unarmed strikes as a bonus action.
**Patient Defense.** Kazuri can spend 1 ki point to take the Dodge action as a bonus action on his turn.
**Step of the Wind.** Kazuri can spend 1 ki point to take the Disengage or Dash action as a bonus action on his turn, and his jump distance is doubled for the turn.
**Evasion.** If Kazuri is subjected to an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, he instead takes no damage if he succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if he fails.
