Safe Harbor Orphanage
Kept alive only through donations, the orphanage tries its best. They're regularly over capacity and are only able to help healthy newborns to five-year-olds. Anyone sick, they direct to a local holy place for further help.
Evelyn Sinclair splits her time as a cleric-in-training at the Church of Illmater, and a caretaker at Safe Harbor. She's teaching herself medicine and healing a few nights a week at the church, and spends most of her time tending to the children, cooking, and doing laundry at the orphanage.
Olyver Cauldwell is the owner of the orphanage, he's usually exhausted in his office, doing the accounts and trying to pull in extra money. He and his wife began the orphanage over 26 years ago, but it was truly Sigrun's dream. She was unable to conceive but always saw the poor downtrodden children of the Keldris and wanted to take them in. Sigrun passed away from a fast, uncurable disease over ten years ago, and Olyver does his best to keep the place running for her.
Fain was cared for by the orphanage when they were younger, and stuck around in his youth to assist Sigrun with the other children.
